David Thierry

David grew up outside Detroit. He went to college at College for Creative Studies in Detroit. And he got his first job in advertising in Detroit at Leo Burnett, where he worked on GM. David switched his allegiance from the Motor City to the Windy City when he was asked to join Leo Burnett's flagship office in Chicago. There, he created effective and award-winning work for McDonalds, Miller Lite, Hyatt Resorts, Sony, United Airlines, P&G Cheer, P&G Bold, Crest Complete, Glad Bags, Reebok, DiGiorno Pasta and Sauces, Ameritech and General Motors. Leo Burnett is also where he met his current advertising partner, Jerry Caggiano.
In 1997, David moved again. This time, it was only 10 blocks north to FCB. There, for 13 years he created great, brand-building and award-winning work as a SVP Creative Director for: A.1. Steak Sauce, Jell-O, Bull's Eye BBQ, DiGiorno Pizza, Tombstone Pizza, Boca Burgers, Kraft Salad Dressing, Kraft Singles, Velveeta, South Beach Diet, Coors Light, Killians, Illinois Tourism, Illinois Lottery, Scudder Investments, SC Johnson Corporate, Ziploc, Glad Fragrances and OFF.
David has won numerous honors and awards including: One Show, Andy, New York Film Festival, Art Directors Club, Communications Arts, Caddies, Effie, Mobius and Archive.
David has two beautiful girls, one in high school one in junior high. He enjoys sailing, scuba diving and fly-fishing.
He graduated from the College of Creative Studies with a B.F.A. in Communication.

Kathleen Wolf has always considered herself an entrepreneur on the inside of companies, diving into new areas or functions that need to identify compelling opportunities or create consumer-focused experiences. She spent 25 years at Whirlpool Corporation in various sales, marketing, market research, innovation, branding and communications roles. She has worked on nearly every brand within their global portfolio including Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, Gladiator GarageWorks, Affresh, EveryDrop, Consul, Bauknecht, and Indesit. One of her proudest achievements was developing and implementing the global Whirlpool Corporate/Employer brand.
After Whirlpool Corp., Kathleen joined Sacunas, Inc., a startup marketing agency, where she took on the role of VP, Client Experience, Central Region. Kathleen brings her broad experience base and passion for experiential marketing to consulting projects with clients in the areas of strategic branding, marketing and communications.
Kathleen has an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a BS degree from Loyola University Chicago. She has served on the Boards of 100 Women Strong, the Cornerstone Alliance Women’s Business Center and is currently serving as a Marketing Trustee on the Board of the Lakeshore Excellence Foundation. Kathleen has two children, Brock and Kelsey as well as her furry child, a golden retriever named Laguna. She is energized by identifying strategic opportunities for businesses and individuals, empowering them to create compelling experiences through purpose-focused branding.

Jerry started his advertising career in New York City. Back then, he had a mission: to create great advertising that builds brands, increases sales and wins awards. His efforts on: Jaguar, Sony, Anacin, Northrop Aviation, Le Meridian Hotels and Resorts, Barnes and Noble, B. Dalton Bookstores, Foundation for the U.S. Constitution, Romana Sambuca, Stubbs Rum, and the World Gold Council proved it could be done.
It also got the attention of the Leo Burnett Company. That's where, for more than 17 years as a writer and as an Executive Creative Director, he created brand-building, sales-increasing and award-winning work for: General Motors, P&G, McDonalds, Allstate Insurance, Kellogg's, Reebok, Hallmark, Exclusive Resorts, Exelon Energy, DeVry University, Morgan Stanley, Sony, Arthur Anderson, Nintendo, Philip Morris, U.S. Army Recruiting and the Advertising Council. Leo Burnett is also where he met his current advertising partner, David Thierry.
Jerry has won many honors and awards including: Cannes, One Show, Andy, Communication Arts, Addy, Art Directors Club, Obie, New York Festival, London International, Caples, Chicago Show, Effie and Mobius.
Jerry is married to Jeanie Caggiano and has two children. He enjoys scuba diving, sailing and classic automobiles. His pride and joy is a 1963 Buick Riviera.
He graduated from Emerson College in Boston with a B.S. in Film.
